The Chicago Bulls’ Rajon Rondo had to serve a one-game suspension due to “conduct detrimental to the team,” according to the team’s announcement. Rondo served the suspension on Monday night game against the Trail Blazers.
According to the Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Rondo had a heated argument with Bulls assistant coach, Jim Boylen. It happened during the game against the Dallas Mavericks. Rondo scored two points and had five turnovers in a game that ended in a 107-82 loss. He apologized and accepted his punishment as a man.
So, it was decided that Jerian Grant starts on his position in a game against Portland.
