JR Smith SLAMS Tracy McGrady for Saying HOF is Harder than Winning a Championship -The Huddle
Tracy McGrady said that "anyone can win a championship" and doubled down by claiming that having your name immortalized in the hall of fame is a tougher feat to achive. That didn't sit well with JR Smith, who very publicly called him out on social media. Who is right? Which is harder or more rewarding? Let us know what you think in The Huddle!
When you are seven times in the NBA All-Star team, and when you are two-times scoring champion in the NBA, with an average of 18,3 points per game you can say a lot of things and make it through.
But, if you have no NBA Championship title rings to show off, you better not say everything that is on your mind.
Tracy McGrady is the man we are talking about. The man is the legend! But he is also very much so in touch with his pride.
McGrady will be introduced into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2017.
Tracy finished his career four years ago, but this will surely make a nice cherry on top of his rich and successful career in the NBA.
On the other hand, 31-year-old shooting guard from the Cleveland Cavaliers J. R. Smith will surely make McGrady's Hall of Fame introduction into a living nightmare.
Smith responded to McGrady's statement about how it is easier to win the NBA Championship title than to become a halloffamer.
See this video to find out what Smith said to McGrady! And don't forget to tell us what you think about that!
