Steph Curry Embarrasses Defender, Kevin Durant Drops 3 As First Shot In Home Debut

Remember how people were saying the Warriors are going to have chemistry issues with the addition of Kevin Durant. Well, they were wrong so far, way wrong. Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, and company looked downright scary in a preseason game against the Clippers. Steph had some shake and bakes, and KD drained a three for his first shot at Oracle Arena.

In the latest news, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says the back-to-back MVP “knows” he won’t be repeating the absurd feat of swishing 400 three-pointers in a season.

Klay Thompson, as it turned out, is the one Warriors star who will benefit the most from playing on such a stacked team.

Per CSN Bay Area:

“Thompson is off to a fabulous start in part because he is the starter who needs the least. Stephen Curry, as a point guard, needs the ball in his hands. Kevin Durant and Zaza Pachulia are veterans that need to assimilate to a new team. Draymond Green needs an audience. […] Thompson, entering his sixth season, doesn’t need any of that. And, in a nod to his much-publicized quote in the offseason, he doesn’t need to sacrifice. He is the closest thing in the NBA to a wind-up-and-let-go All-Star."
